Who is Sushil Mishra?

Most people teaching Realtors about AI have never held a listing. I have. I'm a co-founder of Catch The Key Inc., affiliated with REMAX West Realty Inc., serving buyers, sellers, and investors across the GTA — and I run The Real Tech on the side, because I kept building AI workflows for my own business that other agents wanted too.

How I got here

Before real estate, I spent 13 years in pharmaceutical sales — roles at Pfizer, Bayer, MSD, and BD (Becton Dickinson), managing client relationships and hitting targets in industries where the margin for error was small. That background is why The Real Tech doesn't sound like a marketing course: it's built the way pharma reps are trained to sell — with data, process, and follow-through, not slogans.

I hold an MBA in Marketing & IT and a B.Sc. in Life Sciences. In 2026, I completed Google's AI Professional Certificate and earned the Gemini Certified Educator designation — not as a side credential, but because I wanted to actually understand the tools before I taught anyone else to use them.

What I do now

  • REALTOR®, Catch The Key Inc. / REMAX West Realty Inc. — active in the Ontario market, working alongside my wife and founder, Himani Sood

  • Founder, The Real Tech — an AI and PropTech education platform for Ontario real estate professionals, covering the tools, workflows, and systems that save time without cutting corners

  • Google AI Professional Certificate holder and Gemini Certified Educator

  • Google Local Guide, Level 8 — a habit that started long before this became a business

Why this exists

Most AI content aimed at Realtors is either too vague to use or written by someone who's never had a deal fall through on a Friday afternoon. The Real Tech is the opposite: practical breakdowns of tools I use in my own business, written for agents who don't have two hours a day to figure out what's worth their time.
