Before real estate, Sushil spent 13 years in pharmaceutical sales representing some of the world's leading healthcare companies — Pfizer, Bayer, MSD, and BD. That career built a foundation in data-driven decision making, client relationship management, and disciplined, consultative selling.
The pivot into real estate was a natural evolution — combining market expertise with a passion for helping people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Recognizing that AI and PropTech were about to reshape the industry, Sushil earned a Google AI Professional Certificate and became a Gemini Certified Educator, then founded The Real Tech to teach Ontario agents the tools, tactics, and AI systems that create an unfair competitive advantage.
